Individual Therapy

 

Individual therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and tailored to meet the needs of each unique client. You may choose to seek out individual therapy if you have experienced trauma or are struggling with anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, mood changes, or feeling overwhelmed with stress. I combine cognitive behavioral therapy and a body-centered, somatic approach to help you feel better. We will look at how your past may be influencing your current behaviors and coping skills, and then design a plan together that will help you reach your goals.
