Individual Therapy Session: $250 per 50-minute session

I am not paneled with insurance companies directly, but I am an in-network provider with Lyra Health. If your employer offers Lyra as a mental health benefit, please reach out to confirm your coverage and session allotment.

For all other insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, I'm happy to provide you with a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I'd recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement process before we begin working together.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept cash, check, Zelle, or all major credit cards.
